What is Rebounding?

Rebounding is a low-impact workout performed on a mini trampoline. It's gentle on the joints while still giving you an effective cardio and strength workout.

Movements are controlled, rhythmic, and adaptable for all fitness levels. 

Easy on Your Joints.

Rebounding helps reduce stress on your knees, hips, and back while improving balance, coordination, and cardiovascular health. 

It's a great option if you're new to fitness, returning after time off, or looking for movement that feels good - not punishing. 

Inclusive And Beginner-Friendly.

You don't need experience, perfect form, or a certain fitness level to belong here.

Classes are small, supportive, and focused on progress - not comparison. Modifications are always offered, and breaks are encouraged. 

What to wear and bring.

Classes are done barefoot or with grip socks for comfort and stability.

Wear clothes you can move in, grab your water bottle and come as you are. Grip socks are also available for purchase at the studio.
